Our Agreement

Services and Delivery
We provide elite operational support overseen by a dedicated Lead VA. We aim to deliver every task with precision and excellence. While we work at a high level, the final decision on all business matters remains with you.
Fees and Payment
Certainty in business starts with clear finances. Our fees are agreed upon before we start work. We expect all invoices to be paid on time as per the date on the invoice. This ensures our team can continue to provide you with uninterrupted support.
Confidentiality and Trust
Trust is the foundation of our straight line system. We promise to keep your business information private and secure. We will not share your data with anyone else unless you give us written permission or the law requires it.
Intellectual Property
Once an invoice is paid in full, any work we have created specifically for your business belongs to you. We retain the rights to our own internal processes and templates that allow us to deliver our services.
Ending the Partnership
We believe in building long term relationships. However, if you need to end our services, we require the notice period stated in your specific service agreement. This allows us to hand over your tasks properly and ensure no balls are dropped.
Liability
We provide our services with a high level of care and skill. Maverick Business Support Ltd is not responsible for any indirect losses or loss of profit. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific service in question.
